Steve Michael, a Delray Beach real estate developer, created the Andre Design District, an eclectic retail and office artsy warehouse district inspired by Miami Beach’s murals in Wynwood. Each new tenant is required to work with an artist to create a mural on their storefront creating an open air gallery among the 4 buildings. New murals are added regularly.
