Delray Beach Public Art Advisory Board commissioned artists Carlos Alves & JC Carroll to reimagine the existing generically tiled fountain at the Veterans Park with an interesting, colorful mosaic artwork overlay.  The artists, utilizing their skills in ceramic/mosaic/metal and glass, drew inspiration from their love of the ocean to create artistic underwater vistas with fish, shells, turtles and various other sea life floating in the waves.
